We are a registered tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides vital human support services to low income and underserved populations of Central Florida and beyond.
Since our inception in 2016, our staff have been working feverishly deliver high quality services to our participants. Our team members have successfully referred hundreds of clients to housing opportunities, mental health services, and basic needs programs that allow our community members to live in the healthiest manner possible. We help with applications, provide translation, advocate for families and ensure that they are connected to the appropriate partners to address their needs holistically. In addition, we refer families to immigration services and provide support to those living with disabilities. By offering services that are concentrated on serving those less fortunate and addressing the greatest needs of our target community, we can make a positive contribution in helping the people we work with lead a more fulfilling life.
Access Community Awareness Center, Inc. has established meaningful relationships with a variety of human services organizations that have the capabilities to serve our clients in the most efficient and compassionate manner possible. We have partnered with Hispanic Federation, We Care of Lake County, Grace Medical Home, Center for Independent Living of Central Florida, Eagle Heart Ranch, Hispanic Family Counseling, Shepherds Hope, Mustard Seed, and Florida Department of Children and Families, among others. This is a true testament to the confidence other agencies have in our work and how working together we can further our reach and be more effective. Our ability to pool resources has been instrumental in sustaining our services; however, we seek funding and sponsorships to ensure that we can continue to serve some of the most vulnerable families in Central Florida. Now more than ever, we need sponsors like you to help low income families which are struggling to also recover from the financial impact of the pandemic.
